In this article, you will find a foolproof, step-by-step guide that includes 1) free ways to get backlink data, 2) how to sort the data and 3) how to import the data into Linkio.

Get Backlink Data from Google Search Console
If you don’t know what Google Search Console is, don’t have it or don’t know how to install it, watch this YouTube tutorial by WP SmackDown:

Once you’re all setup, go to your website’s dashboard in Search Console: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/home and export your backlinks to CSV like so:
Get Backlink Data from SEOReviewTools
The SEOReviewTools backlink checker uses Ahrefs to provide free backlink data, however, it will only return 100 backlinks per search.
So if you have a small website, free feel to run your entire domain through there but if you have a big website, just put in a specific page URL.
There’s no easy way to export the data into a CSV/TXT file so use the Link Klipper Chrome Extension to do it easily.
